Delete your account

You can delete your Tibr account and data at any time.

From the app (fastest)

• Open the Tibr app and sign in.
• Go to: Account → Edit profile → "Delete account".
• Enter your password to confirm (or type "حذف" if you signed in with Google). Deletion happens immediately.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email your deletion request to [email protected] from the email on your account, including your registered mobile number. We process requests within 7 business days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your personal account data (name, mobile, email, photo), favourites, price alerts, follows and notifications.
• For merchants: the store, its products and images stop showing and are deleted.
• We may keep records the law requires (such as payment records and invoices) only for the required period, then delete them.
